During the bidding process, Ogata Construction was the only contractor willing to allow me to use some of my own materials and installers. Communication was very straight-forward and open. Schedule was a little longer than we had discussed, but was more realistic than I expected. The good news is the project was completed on budget with no hassles over minor changes and no worries about sub-contractors being paid. We are contemplating using Ogata again for some additional remodel work and recommend them to others considering a home remodel.
